First, I want to check and make sure you’re okay…
How are you…
How are you coping?
With the recent rise of the global pandemic, it’s hard to keep up with all aspects that are needed for success. But don’t let this get you down! As teachers and leaders alike find themselves experiencing various effects on their lives they still have an important job ahead: instructing students so they can be prepared when life returns back into normalcy again soon enough
The world may seem like one big chaos right now but there will always come a day when everything seems perfectly fine again – just wait around until then arrives!
For many of you, whether a teacher or leading a department, you’re experiencing the effects of today’s global pandemic…
but yet, you still have to instruct and lead.
When you first started out learning to be a teacher or leader…
I’m sure your first thought it would be about lesson plans..
curriculum, and seating charts…
but there is an emotional side to teaching and leading, the caring for others’ side…
During this time, my hope and prayer are that you put your mask on first…
and after that, remember that your family, your students, and your team are your focus as well…
Map out your journey, map out their journey, and in the end…
We all will come out of this on TOP!
I did a podcast a few years ago on…
customer journey mapping…
and though focused on the customer…
it can also apply to the students…
and your team… Visit The Customer Culture Youtube Channel…
