It’s your skillset, not your title……
We live in a world that is constant; people are rising up who are more creative than you, companies are more innovative than yours, and digital marketing is a necessity. So the question is, how do you feel about yourself and what you give?
Are there days when you feel replaceable? Check the box that says… Yes or No. Most people will say, “there is no one like me, I am one-of-a-kind.” There is some truth to that! But, if you find yourself not operating in your strength and being lazy when it comes to working on strategies for your business, I’m sorry, but you are replaceable. If you are operating in your strength and allow yourself to create solutions for the people in your audience, you are so irreplaceable. Create your place where whatever field you are in, it is a field that has endurance.
