Every business MUST start creating an experience

If your product or service is available through another business, why would I continue to come to you and only you?

Customer Service is simply assisting and giving advice.

Customer Experience (a.k.a. CX) is the entire journey (including customer service) that a customer has across the organization AND it includes every interaction between you and your business.

When you show your customers that you take pride in the details of providing them with a product or service, you will be the first they think of when they need something.

You want to create a positive experience that they will remember and hopefully it is positive enough that they will tell others about your business.

There’s more to creating an experience but make sure you base it around your customers’ needs, not yours and what you think they want.
