The Customer Journey

A lot of times we take this for granted. We get so focused in on selling, that we forget that “without the customer (client), there will be no one to ‘sell’ to,’ which leads to “no business.”

As technology continues to evolve and these social media platforms continue to reach the masses, people have the chance to buy, connect, engage with more and more people daily, and they will buy, connect and engage with the company that provides them with the best experience and who follow-up.

I say to you, every once in a while, do a survey, or even create a focus group, to see how easy the navigation is for people as they come in contact with your company brand, all the way through the process. This will help you fix any leaks in the system.

People do not want difficult, they want easy. You can’t afford NOT to make it easy.
