Do You Work Better Alone Or With Others When You Need To Get Something Done?

DO YOU WORK BETTER ALONE OR WITH OTHERS WHEN YOU NEED TO GET SOMETHING DONE?

For me, I’d say that even if I have a strong preference to work alone or with others, the best answer to say is both.

Working alone can be beneficial when you have projects that require intensive focus without any interruption.

Working with others can be favorable when projects involve brainstorming, evaluation of ideas, initial stages of work, or implementation of results which is usually achieved through group leadership.

It is important to find the right opportunity for each task by evaluating what task needs to be accomplished and how it will influence the duration of the project as well as your own personal satisfaction in getting it done.
